La VRD (Voiries et R\u00e9seaux Divers)<\/strong>, c\u2019est tout ce qui rend un terrain \u201chabitable et exploitable\u201d : voirie d\u2019acc\u00e8s, drainage, eau, \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, \u00e9ventuellement t\u00e9l\u00e9com, et les ouvrages associ\u00e9s. Sur Abidjan\/District, la d\u00e9marche VET + CU<\/strong> aide \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser la base : visa DDU pour authentifier le titre, et CU pour conna\u00eetre les prescriptions d\u2019urbanisme.
Et si vous construisez ensuite, le Permis de Construire<\/strong> s\u2019appuie notamment sur titre de propri\u00e9t\u00e9, CU, plans, etc.<\/p>\n

    On traduit les \u00e9tudes en plans : trac\u00e9 des voies, profils, pentes, dimensionnement drainage, emprises r\u00e9seaux, points de raccordement.<\/p>\n

    3) Coordination avec les acteurs de r\u00e9seaux<\/h6>\n

      Eau<\/strong> : SODECI (eau potable et, selon zones, assainissement).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      4) Terrassements & plateforme<\/h6>\n

      D\u00e9capage, mise en forme, remblais si besoin, pr\u00e9paration de plateforme, gestion des zones faibles.<\/p>\n

      5) R\u00e9seaux (tranch\u00e9es, pose, protections)<\/h6>\n

      Pose et protection des conduites\/c\u00e2bles, regards, bo\u00eetes de branchement, puis remblaiement correctement compact\u00e9.<\/p>\n

      6) Voirie (acc\u00e8s, couches, finition)<\/h6>\n

      Voie en terre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, grave, ou enrob\u00e9 selon le projet : l\u2019important est la coh\u00e9rence avec le drainage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      7) Contr\u00f4les & r\u00e9ception (\u00e9viter les reprises)<\/h6>\n

      Contr\u00f4le altim\u00e9trique, compaction, essais\/constats visuels, v\u00e9rification des \u00e9coulements, remise en \u00e9tat propre.<\/p>\n
